23rd Sunday of Ordinary Time - Year C

Sunday, September 9th, 2007

The readings today speak of giving God our best. “our offering” (CCLI# 4957182) would work well as a preparation song. Also, “alleluia to the Lord” (CCLI# 4956774) works well as a communion song - it speaks of how high Gods ways are above our ways.

22nd Sunday in Ordinary Time - Year C

Sunday, September 2nd, 2007

The readings this Sunday have the theme of humility. The song “teach me humility” (CCLI# 4957326) would work well a couple of different places in the Mass. The song “invited” (CCLI # 4957106) would be a great opening or communion song. Also, “for the body” (CCLI# 4956860) and “everyday” (CCLI# 4956846) would go as a communion song and closing song, respectively.
