This week, it seems the obvious selection is “everyday” (CCLI # 4956846). Although the song is based on a psalm, there is a line about being “drawn out of the pit” just as the Jeremiah was in the first reading. Also, “alleluia to the lord” (CCLI # 4956774) would work well during communion.
